Baby&I wants women to feel cabable, strong, confident and pain free. Whether it is a desire to return to sport, improve aches and pains or to just feel great again then Baby&I wants to help.
Baby&I offers 1-1 and group training options. Manual therapy is also available - use it as a standalone therapy or as a compliment to your training.
1-1 Training
How 1-1 training works ....
Step 1
A virtual or face-to-face consulation will work to assess your goals, discuss any pain/dysfunction, your exercise history and assess your movement patterns.
Step 2
You will receive a summary of the initial consulatation and Niamh will plan your individualised training programme.
Step 3
You will have your first virtual or face-to-face training session. You will be taken through a set of exercises - Niamh will ensure that you have a good understanding of the exercise in addition to good technique and execution.
Step 4 (option A)
If you are committed to your training and motivated to train solo then this is the option for you. You will receive a copy of your training programme. This will take you through sets and reps for each exercise and reminder of teaching specifics. Book your next session when you feel ready to progress (usually 3 weeks).
Step 4 (option B)
You are committed to training but you would like regular appointments with a healthy dose of motivation! By booking regular training sessions Niamh will be there to motivate you in person or virtually.
